In addition MSM has developed, acquired and operates licenses for “green” intellectual property (IP). MainStreet Sustainability management Pty Ltd has been producing philanthropic fund raising programs using e-commerce and m-commerce products and services developed by its Founder since 2000 all named using the MSM acronym. Many of these products have been white labelled and licensed to MSM and include a set of online green stores, co-branded localised online markets, a unique card based payment system has been re-developed to reduce the chances on identify fraud and to ensure that micro-payments can be managed across millions of accounts world-wide, to glue these products together, an electronic marketing and communications system, using email, fax, surface mail and SMS is offered to our members. These online and point of sale products enhance the “Smart Loyalty” capability of the Greenhouse Rescue program and allows the company to operate world-wide within complex financial borders.

In addition to this we have acquired and continue to develop strategic agricultural products to enhance the performance of our sustainability projects. An example of this is our Agriponics™ product, which provides us with the ability to produce “mother stock” for a number of projects including non grain ethanol production for Nth Queensland plantations. Specifically we concentrate and are conducting research and development of technologies for the production of two plants at present, Cassava and Paulownia which have both high yields of ethanol as well as bi-products such as, high quality renewable timber, edible vegetable matter and cattle fodder from waste production.

2. Bio-fuel & Carbon Credit Production

We have been conducting research and development of our Agriponic technology to enhance the propagation of Cassava a non grain food source eaten by some third world countries and containing the one of the highest levels of ethanol production per hectare and the propagation of root stock for new plantations of Paulownia Tree from this mother stock which we are acquiring a specific propagation nursery to contain and continue our research within. We believe we are able to generate the base root stock product to enhance new plantations which existing farmers may wish to adopt for new revenue and from which the our sustainable management operation can consult to build new Ethanol Distillery’s and Ethanol Kiosk Pumps for rural properties. Of course, with Australian Government assistance, we are researching the what Carbon Credits can be produced and distributed in this business model. This includes MainStreet Sustainability Management Pty Ltd’s research and development (R&D) model of hydroponically growing Cassava “mother root stock” and variety control for the export to regions capable of growing and distilling Casava for both food, animal fodder and of course ethanol bio-fuel production which is also carbon neutral. In addition our Paulownia Timber project provides a source of not just high quality timber, but Ethanol, mulch and importantly Carbon Credits from these plantations.

3. Wildlife Habitat Conservation

Koala habitat conservation in the Redlands and other nature reserve for the safe housing of koalas to assist in stopping their extinction in South East Queensland.

Due to the nature of this business opportunity, MainStreet Sustainability Management Pty Ltd intends to acquire a strategic nursery property and other assets which will provide home base for each of the above sustainability projects and specific Government Grants are being sort to accelerate this revenue based business opportunity. This will also underpin the financial security of the company for the betterment of its members and future. These assets include, a wholesale Nursery, utilising our Agriponic™ Technology to produce Casava and Paulownia tree mother stock and a number of conservation land banks in South East Queensland for our Koala Green™ project. MSM Business Affiliates will in time be able to visit these locations and see first -hand what they are participating in and globally web cam technology will be installed so that you and your Affiliate Team can watch and monitor business development progress.
